Costs

There was never a cost to the Jobseeker or Reference Givers, nor is there one for the Recruiter/Employer to obtain the list of references. If the Employer/Recruiter wants the detail of the reference, they pay a very nominal fee, certainly less than their time, transcription efforts, and phone bill obtaining the same reference.
